From: Anti-apoptotic effect of HCV core gene of genotype 3a in Huh-7 cell line
Effect of HCV Core on the gene Expression of Caspase-3, 8, 9 and 10, Cyto C and p53 genes in Huh-7. A) Huh-7 cells transiently transfected with HCV Core 1a (C1a), Core 3a (C3a) vectors and pCR3.1 plasmid alone as mock (M) samples (0.4 μg DNA/well of each plasmid). Cells were harvested after 48 hr and relative RNA determinations were carried out using semi-quantitative RT-PCR. B) Comparison of gene expression Caspase-3, 8, 9, 10, Cyto C and p53 genes of in transiently transfected Huh-7 cells.
