(A) cells inoculated with SPF pig fecal suspension, without evident CPE; (B) cells inoculated only with electroeluted virus binding proteins, without evident changes; (C) cells inoculated with virus suspension, there was evident CPE; (D) cells inoculated with the mixture of virus suspension and electroeluted virus binding proteins, there were little CPE, which were significantly less than that in (C).
