The coefficients of variation (CVs) of the real-time PCR, the intra-assay (three times) and inter-assay (three times for three weeks) CVs for Ct values were both included, the intra- and inter-assay CVs for C T values ranged between 0.16% - 1.89%, and 0.19% - 1.26%, respectively.
