Cotransfection with other HIV-1 viral proteins does not change Vpr localization pattern within 293T cells. (A) The ZsGreen expression vector cotransfected with a Vpr- and Env-deficient (pNL4-3R^-E^-) molecular clone maintains its uniform ZsGreen localization throughout the intracellular environment. The ZsGreen-Vpr expression vector cotransfected with pNL4-3R^-E^- molecular clone without (B) or with the envelope protein (C) preserves the same localization pattern as ZsGreen-Vpr (Fig. 1). The first, second, and third columns represent DAPI, FITC, and merged views, respectively.
