After SDS-PAGE on 12% gels under non reducing conditions, resolved proteins were electrically transferred into nitrocellulose membranes and enzyme immune reaction was developed. Lanes 1 and 2 represent sera of healthy individuals as negative controls. Lanes3, 4 and 5 represent sera from three HCV infected patients. A band of ~ 58 kDa was detected only in HCV positive but not in healthy sera. M lane represents the molecular weight protein marker.Back to article page
