  1. HeLa cells were incubated with 40 μM of cisplatin, CDV and vehicle (control), at 37°C in a 5% CO2 atmosphere for 24 hours. DNA content was assessed by flow-cytometric analysis of cells labeled with propidium iodide. Each data represents the mean ± SD from 3 different experiments (* P < 0.05, Student T-test).
