Specifically, T-helper and B-cell represent the T-helper epitope SFERFEIFPKE and B-cell epitope WLTEKEGSYP, respectively, both based on the hemagglutinin of influenza virus A/Puerto Rico/8/34. CH3(CH2)14COOH depicts the addition of a palmitic acid lipid moiety, while K represents a lysine residue used as a branching point.
