Finally, one hundred and twenty mice were used to analyze the results from ICS and ELISPOT. And the same pattern of reactivity on days 3, 5 and 12 after boosting with rWR-PRRSV-M within each vaccination group were analyzed, and the numbers 1-27 represent different peptides derived from M protein of PRRSV Ch-1a strain; Number 28 is an irrelevant peptide control; NC is an unstimulated negative control; PC is a PMA + ionomycin stimulated positive control; BC is a background control. Data in the bar graphs (A and B) are means and standard deviations from the group vaccinated with pVAX1-Ub-M.
