  1. Intravenous pathogenicity index (IVPI) was done in 6-week-old chickens, intracerebral pathogenicity index (ICPI) test in 1-day-old chicks inoculated intracerebrally and mean death time (MDT) in 9-day-old eggs inoculated through allantoic cavity following standard protocol.
