Comparison the duplex primer/probe real-time PCR assays with the singleplex primer/probe real-time PCR assays for HBV DNA detection. The performances of the duplex primer/probe (C) and singleplex primer/probe (A, B) assays in the testing of the same serum sample obtained from a patient with low HBV viraemia were compared. The red amplification curves represent FAM fluorescence signal and the blue amplification curves represent Cy5 fluorescence signal.
