Analysis of the intracellular localization of NS3. Neuro-2a (A) and PIEC cells (B) were infected with the SH-JEV01 strain of JEV and immunostained with anti-NS3 antibody (red) at the indicated times. Mock-infected cells (Mock) were used as controls. The cells were also stained for DNA with 4', 6'-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) (blue).
