  1. All chickens were inoculated with 1000 PFU of the indicated virus by a subcutaneous route. The difference in vivo replication between bac-GX0101 and GX0101ΔMeq was determined by viremia levels. The numbers in the table indicate: mean ± standard deviation, at days 7, 14 and 21 p.i., and same letters indicate that the differences were not significant (P > 0.05), different letters indicate that a significant difference (P < 0.05).
