The number of leukocytes and lymphocytes in peripheral blood progressively increased in chickens infected with bac-GX0101 and GX0101ΔMeq compared with those in control group at days 14 p.i. And chickens displayed anemia with the number of erythrocytes progressively reduced on days 7, 14, 24, 31 and 42 after infection with bac-GX0101.
