From: Interferon alpha regulates MAPK and STAT1 pathways in human hepatoma cells
Changes in p38 MAPK, SAPK/JNK, and ATF-2 phosphorylation in response to IFN. Huh7 and HepG2 cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of IFN α for the indicated time periods. Phosphorylated kinases were analyzed by Western blotting using antibodies against phospho-SAPK/JNK, phospho-ATF-2, or phospho-p38 MAPK mAb. GAPDH was determined as a control for protein loading.
