According to the comparison of average optical density of two groups' c-erbB-2 protein expression, the protein expression of infected group reduced obviously(P < 0.01); D. Western blot method was used to detect c-erbB-2 protein of two groups' villus and the protein was detected at 185kDa; E. In infected group, c-erbB-2 protein expression level reduced(p < 0.05).
