C: Expression of luciferase (RLU) from an IRF dependent firefly reporter in the presence of individual BTV proteins after induction with poly I:C at two different times, 6 h (a) and 24 h (b). The normalised RLU for each protein in induced (black) and uninduced (white) samples and the fold induction (< 0 = suppression, 0 = no change, >0 = induction) are shown.
