  1. pp65 antigenemia assay and HCMV 2 × 105 leucocytes of peripheral blood and human cytomegalovirus DNA copy numbers detected/ml in the 33 renal transplant recipients who underwent valganciclovir treatment for symptomatic disease showed presence of antigenemia in 32/33 patients.
