The XbaI site is indicated by italics. (B) The sequences of the integration junctions detected for the wild-type virus using a combination of the AAV2 ITR primers and the AAVS1 primers in the integration assay. (C) The sequences of the integration junctions detected for virus made using the pVM113 construct using a combination of the AAV2 ITR primers and the AAVS1 primers in the integration assay. Bases at the junctions that do not appear to belong to either sequence are indicated lower case. The last junction contains additional AAV2 homology that is not indicated in the figure.
