Sensitivities of LAMP for detection of plasmid pVP3. Lane M: DL-2000 marker; 1--12, reaction carried out using 10-fold serial dilutions of plasmid (pVP3) DNA (2.8 × 1011 copies/μl). 1: 2.8 × 100, 2: 2.8 × 101, 3: 2.8 × 102, 4: 2.8 × 103, 5: 2.8 × 104, 6: 2.8 × 105, 7: 2.8 × 106, 8: 2.8 × 107, 9: 2.8 × 108, 10: 2.8 × 109, 11: 2.8 × 1010, 12: 2.8 × 1011 copies/μl, respectively; lane 13:+, positive control; lane 14:-, negative control. All the products were electrophoresed on a 2% agarose gels and stained with ethidium bromide.
