TCID 50 immunofluorescence assay. At 4 day dpi, cells were fixed and stained. Primary antibody against ENV protein and biotinylated-secondary antibody and streptavidin were employed as a fluorescence detection system. A one-way ANOVA test was performed using GraphPad Prism 3.0 software. Asterisk indicate no significant differences relative to the Infected control (Dunnett's, p < 0.01). Rz # 1–14: 14 different infected hRz cells; No Rz: infected C6/36 cells transduced with the lentivirus vector lacking a hRz insert.
