Linear Analysis of the Lambda DNA Phage Using a HBV DNA fluorescence Quantitative diagnostic kit. Linearity of the armored DNA was analysed by use of Kehua HBV DNA fluorescence quantitative assay kit. Armored DNA was diluted by 10-fold serial dilutions, and then the samples were quantified using the kit. The samples were tested in triplicate and the mean values were calculated (r2 = 0.99).
