Comparisons of CAT expression levels in uninfected CEF or rMd5-infected CEF cells transfected with plasmids pP GA (pp38)-CAT and pP GA (1.8 kb)-CAT. Transfected cells were harvested and lysed by 3 repeats of freeze and thraw The lysed samples were analyzed for CAT activity in 96-well plate of Roche's CAT ELISA kit.
