Expression of chimeric VP6/V5 protein. Sf9 cells infected with baculovirus AcVP6, AcVP6171/V5, AcVP6301/V5 or AcVP6311/V5, were analyzed by western blot using a polyclonal sera anti-VP6 (A) or a MAb anti-V5 epitope (B). In order to determine the trimerization ability of the chimeric VP6/V5, cells extracts were analyzed by electrophoresis under native conditions and western blot (C).
