  2. Sequence of the most effective antiviral siRNA pools. Eight sequences each consists of 19 nucleotides with UU overhang were developed to target A6R, or E8L MPV genes. Sequences were BLAST searched against GenBank database to reduce potential for interference with host, off target effects, and optimize specificity.
