The locations of various ORFs are marked by thick arrows. The stem-loop structure assumed by a part of common region (CR) is indicated on the top of CR-region. (B) The map of the viral amplicon cloned in pCAMBIA1391Z vector backbone (designated as VA/pCAMBIA1391Z), where the positions of the cloned fragments and of the various restriction sites are shown. The 2.6 kb episome spanning the region CR to AC3 and another CR, released through RCR on infiltration of the plants by above plasmid is schematized. The internal primers (F and R) used to check the formation of episome, are shown as black arrows within the episome.
