B) Amino-acids sequence alignment of A56 of VACV-WR, ECTV, CPXV and RPXV. C) Co-immunoprecipitation of K2 and A56. Cells were infected with ECTV, VACV-WR, CPXV, RPXV or uninfected. K2 was immunoprecipitated (IP) and its interaction with A56 was evaluated by immunoblot (left side of the panel).
