  1. a 4–5 week old female BALB/c mice were anesthetized by isoflurane and infected i.n. with the RGMal/01 virus at a dose 50, 500, 5.0 × 103, 5.0 × 104, 5 × 105 TCID50/50 μl. At day 3 post-inoculation, lungs from three infected mice were collected and homogenized to titrate the virus by TCID50 assay in MDCK cells.
