Antigens were coated onto EIA plates as described in Methods. After overnight binding and then blocking, the plates were incubated with serially diluted goat sera, and then with anti-goat HRP. Samples 1 through 4 are from naturally infected goats. Sample N is a negative control goat sera. Figure A demonstrates the dilution curves for each sample.
