Upper panel: Western blot analysis with antibodies against p53 or MAGI-3 (anti-V5 tag). Lower panel: Western blot analysis of E6-GFP. Note that the level of E6 mediated p53 and MAGI-3 degradation is very similar and do not compete in the presence of E6.
