(A) Lane 1, purified porcine muscle tropomyosin showing an immunoreactive band at 37 kDa (positive control). Lane 2, purified ECTV-PH; the immunoreactive band at 15 kDa represents its interaction with tropomyosin. Lane 3, purified rabbit muscle actin; immunoreactive bands at 42 kDa and 43 kDa represent tropomyosin interaction with different actin isoforms. Lanes 4 and 5 contain His-tagged RelA and His-tagged bovine serum albumin respectively (negative controls); no immunoreactive bands are present. (B) Corresponding SDS-PAGE stained with Coomassie blue. Lane assignments are as described in (A).
