Level of cyanophage g20 mRNA (a) and g20 DNA (b) detected from either total RNA (a), or DNA (b), extracted from duplicate samples of infected host cells measured at specific time points (0 – 720 minutes post-infection). Graphs show the amount of RNA signal (fmol) generated from each target as determined by ELOSA.
