Detection of HBV antigens in mouse lung and kidney tissues. Lung interstitium (A-D) in MI mice and renal glomerular vascular endothelium (E-H) in MI mice with acute renal ischemia were immunostained with anti-HBcAg (A, C, E and G) and anti-HBsAg (B, D, F and H) after 2 weeks of cell transplantation. Magnification × 800. Mice transplantated either with HBV alone (A, B, E and F) or with HBV-treated EPCs (C, D, G and H) were indicated.
