Effect of HBV infection on tubules formation of EPCs. Matrigel was polymerized on 96-well plates, and 1 × 104 of EPCs were plated in Medium 199 containing either 10% normal control serum (mock-treated, A) or10% HBV-positive serum (HBV-treated, B), and incubated at 37°C for 72 hrs.
