Cells were cultured in the presence of hydralazine, valproate, and both drugs for 48 h; cell viability was measured at 72 h. Hydralazine exerted an inhibitory effect on HeLa, moderate inhibition on SiHa, and a minor stimulatory effect on CasKi cells.
