Effect of TX100 on the EPs containing JEV E protein. Sucrose centrifugation-purified extracellular particles were treated with Triton X-100 (final concentration of 1 mg/ml), and then applied again to a 10–60% continuous sucrose gradient (W/V) centrifugation.
