DNA isolated from transfection assays of the indicated samples. Arrow heads point to DNA fragments recovered from the replication of LuIII Lt-Lt. Sizes of the 2 log ladder (Roche) are indicated. The probe used consisted of the insert of LuIII Lt-Lt labeled by the DNA random primed labeling method.
