The length of the genomes is indicated on the top of each diagram and the genome organization is depicted at the bottom, while the abbreviated names of the viruses are listed on the left. The color code for the recombinant fragments is indicated in the boxes at the bottom of each diagram. The vertical arrows indicate the position of possible "hot spots" for recombination. On the right side are listed the percentages of EACMV-type and SACMV-type sequences for each virus.
