Western blot analysis of Wt and MEG-1076 rVP1. Confluent Tn5 cells were infected with Mc114 recombinant baculoviruses at MOI of 14.5 and incubated at 26°C. The culture medium, including the cells, were harvested 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 dpi as described in the materials and methods. (A) The cell culture medium was concentrated by ultracentrifugation, resuspended in 20 μl of Grace's medium, and 5 μl was mixed with loading dye and loaded into each well. (B) The cell lysate was separated from the culture medium, resuspended in 200 μl of Grace's medium, and 5 μl was mixed with loading dye and loaded into each well.
