Virus titers at each time point were determined by TCID50 titration in A549 cells. (B) Effect of rNDV-D90 or rNDV-GFP on cell viability was assessed in A549 cells by MTT assay. Data are presented as means (±SD) derived from six independent measurements. (C) DAPI staining. A549 cells were infected with rNDV-D90 or rNDV-GFP for 16 h at a MOI of 0.1. Nuclei are stained blue.
