Release of drug (ACV or PCV) over time from MED-4750 implants maintained at 25°C for 60 days. Silicone MED-4750 implants containing either ACV or PCV (33% drug load) were incubated in 1 mL PBS that was changed daily. The quantity of each drug from each day’s sample was assayed by HPLC.
