Plasma antibody reactivity of 204 HSs against JCPyV_VP2_167-15mer. (A) Subjects were grouped based on JCPyV VP1 serostatus (VP1 Ab- and VP1 Ab+) and on urinary viral load (VL- and VL+) and antibody reactivity against JCPyV_VP2_167-15mer was determined in the different groups. (B) Subjects were grouped based on JCPyV VP1 serostatus and BKPyV VP1 serostatus (JCV-BKV-, JCV-BKV+, JCV+BKV- and JCV+BKV+) and antibody reactivity against JCPyV_VP2_167-15mer was determined in the different groups.
