GKN1 and GKN2 mRNA are highly expressed in primary stomach tissue. RT-PCR was performed to analyze the mRNA level of GKN1 (blue bars) or GKN2 (red bars) in different cell lines including GC-derived GTL, MKN28, MKN74, SNU638, AGS, BL-derived Raji, EBV immortalized LCL, EBV positive NPC line C666-1, or primary mouth epithelial cells comparing with (A) or without (B) primary stomach tissue.
