Anti-DENV group I intron targeting and trans-splicing DENV targets. Illustration of the anti-DENV group I intron, αDENV-U143, targeting the DENV genome and the associated trans-splicing reaction. The targeted 5’ CS domain of the DENV genome is conserved among all serotypes [18]. The uracil at position 143, located within the 5’ CS domain, is targeted for cleavage.
