  1. §Mice were immunized 1 ~ 4 times, at an interval of 2 weeks, with 100 μg plasmid DNAs. Two weeks after the final immunization, mice were challenged with a lethal dose (3 × LD50) of MCMV. Spleen virus titers 5 d.p.i. and salivary gland virus titers 3 weeks p.i. were measured. Values represent mean ± SD of 4 mice from each group.
