(A) Agro-infiltration of N. benthamiana with pGDSmGFP and pGD (left), pGDS7-2His (middle), and pGDp19 (right). Photographs were taken under long-wavelength UV light at 5 dpi. (B) Western blot analysis using GFP polyclonal antiserum. The intensity of the GFP signals was consistent with that of GFP fluorescence. Total proteins stained with Coomassie blue were used as the loading control.
