Anti-HIV-1 activity of n-butanol fraction of Acacia catechu against CCR5-tropic clinical isolates. Anti-HIV-1 activity of n-butanol soluble fraction of A. catechu tested at two different concentrations/AZT (10 μM) against clinical isolates namely HIV-111IN1290SJ and HIV-117MT14, using TZM-bl cells. Y-axis represents the luciferase expression as RLU in HIV-1 infected and treated TZM-bl cells. Values are expressed as mean ± SE of 3 different experiments performed in duplicate. *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01 (as compared to infected control group without any treatment).
