Detection of HTNV antigen in the livers and spleens of mice (n=4). HTNV antigen was detected by ELISA. Mice tissue suspensions were diluted 1:80. Data is presented as the mean of A490. The level of HTNV antigens in the rLV-M immunized mice were higher than the inactivated vaccine group but significantly lower than the rLV-ZsGreen and NS control groups (*p<0.05).
