  1. The mean value of each group of mice (the same data as showed in Figure 4B) was showed in this table, and used to calculate the index of IgG2a/IgG1 [26]. Th-polarization response in mice was determined according to the value of IgG2a/IgG1 [27, 28]. The value of Th1:Th2 are accurate to two decimal places. All experiments were repeated once, and the results were consistent.
