Effect of the histone deacetylase inhibitors SB and TSA and the DNA methyltransferase inhibitor AZA on JCV early and late transcription. TC620 human oligodendroglioma cells were transfected with the reporter plasmid JCV_E-LUC (A) or JCV_L-LUC (B) and treated with inhibitors, harvested and assayed for luciferase activity as described in Methods.
