JEV entry depends on clathrin. PK15 cells were transfected with siRNA targeting clathrin heavy-chain (siCHC) or non-targeting siRNA (siCtrl) and infected with JEV at 48 h post-transfection. 36 hpi. (A) The percentage of internalized viruses of transfected cells was determined by flow cytometry and normalized to the value for the siCtrl. The results are presented as the mean ± SD.
